APPOINTMENTS - If you are taking your child out of school for an appointment with, either the Doctor or Dentist, please come to the office to sign your child out before collecting them.  If your child has to be away from school, please telephone or e-mail on the first day of absence and send an explanatory note to the class teacher or a verbal message to avoid your child having an unauthorised absence.

HOLIDAY - If you wish to take your child out of school during term time for a holiday, approval needs to be obtained from the school in advance. Please call into the office for an application form or click here for a copy of the form for you to download.

DINNER MONEY - Is £1.90 per day, £9.50 per week. Can you please send your childs dinner money in an envelope with their name and class written on it, on a Monday morning

Please inform the class teacher of any physical disabilities or other medical information you feel we may need; this is very important!  Teachers are not permitted to administer medicines, except in cases where it would involve a child having a prolonged absence from school, eg asthmatic cases or convulsions.

If you move, or make other arrangements for your child to be cared for, should your child become ill during the day, make sure that the teacher knows of the new arrangements, preferably a short note, with any new telephone numbers.

In all cases of emergency, the Headteacher will endeavour to get in touch with all parents concerned but if this is not possible she will act on the advice of the Medical Officer consulted.
